Mary Ammons has called the Triangle home for nearly four decades, ever since she traded Long Island, New York for North Carolina life in 1985. It didn’t take long for the area to become more than just a place to live, it became the backdrop for her family, her career, and the community she loves. In 1991, Mary met and married Rusty, and together they built their dream home that same year. It’s still where they spend their days, now filled with the joy and energy of their daughter, son in law, and three young granddaughters. Family time is her favorite time, and those moments keep her grounded in what truly matters. Mary’s real estate roots run deep. She began her career in property management, overseeing large residential communities and learning firsthand the importance of service, communication, and trust. Those early years shaped the way she works today—always with care, always with intention. More than 25 years ago, she earned her Broker’s license and stepped fully into residential real estate, where she has since helped countless clients find the place they call home. In 2018, Mary joined Julie Wright Realty Group—a small, integrity driven firm led by a Broker with decades of experience. It was the perfect fit. Mary now specializes in residential resale, new construction, and land sales, bringing a blend of professionalism, honesty, and genuine connection to every client she serves.
