Pete Puglisi

Pete Puglisi brings a diverse background in real estate and finance, with more than 15 years of experience across multiple areas of the industry. He began his real estate career on the investment side, gaining hands-on expertise in construction, house flipping, buy-and-hold properties, and traditional residential sales. More recently, Pete has focused on land development, successfully completing his own development project from the ground up. In 2025, Pete retired from a highly successful finance career, during which he and his team managed more than $80 billion in assets. His deep knowledge of financial analysis, combined with extensive real estate experience, allows him to provide exceptional insight and value to his clients. Pete lives in Youngsville, North Carolina, with his wife, two daughters, and their growing collection of farm animals — including four goats, too many chickens, and a couple of sheep — on their small working farm. Having personally fulfilled his dream of finding farmland and building a custom home, Pete is passionate about helping others turn their own farm and land ownership dreams into reality.
