Kirkland at Wilton is a 314-acre community taking shape in southeastern Granville County, off Philo White Road near Wilton. It's being developed in phases with road lots and larger parcels.

The initial phase releases eight road-front homesites of roughly 1.4 to 1.7 acres, with a mix of cleared and wooded lots, priced at $80,000 each. Our vetted builders will develop the road lots, but pre-sales can be considered. In the near future, we will open larger tracts of about 5 to 10 acres for buyers who want more room in a rural setting.

It sits about 15 minutes from Oxford, 23 from Wake Forest, 35 from Durham & Research Triangle Park, and 55 from downtown Raleigh.
