Phyllis Howard worked at Nortel Networks for 24 years before making the big change to her true career helping people find the right home! She's been active in the Wake, Granville, and Franklin County residential markets for 15 years.

Phyllis grew up working hard on a tobacco farm in southern Granville County with 7 siblings. She, her parents, her siblings, her 3 children and grandchildren all have attended Granville County Schools. She's an active member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, where she is organist and teaches 2nd graders.
