Wendy Dyer moved from Rochester, NY to Wake Forest, NC in 2002, and understands how stressful moving your family can be and does her best to make sure that this process is as stress-free as possible.

 Wendy has been in real estate for just over 30 years.  From working in attorney’s offices as a closing coordinator to title companies to lenders (processing and underwriting) to real estate companies as staff (handling closings and working as an office manager) to obtaining her license, she understands every side of the transaction.

 Wendy now joins forces with Greg to provide their customers with a total real estate experience.  They make Wake Forest their home but have a vast knowledge of the surrounding area.  When not handling their real estate business they go back to NY to work on the family farm.
